Movie Review - RV

This is a great comedy. I have always liked Robin Williams and he doesn’t disappoint in this movie either.

Even as he gets older, he still finds parts that can not only amuse you but down right make you laugh. Some of it is just your standard slap stick humor but it is easy to see why it was a box office hit and held the number two slot going into the weekend.

I’ll try not to get into too much detail about the movie but I am sure that there are a few people out there who might be able to relate to his situation.

Robin Williams plays a middle aged executive who ends up having to fight for his job in the middle of a planned family vaction. He keeps this secret from his family, which causes no end of halliarity.

Several twists and turns make his and his families situation go from bad to worse. Starting with the rental of an RV for a “vacation”.

I would have to say that this is somewhere on par with the movie “Are We There Yet?”. I recommend seeing this movie.

I give it a rating of full price. Go see it. Have a good laugh. Buy it when it comes out on Dvd.
