Dannic, The Prince of Cats

Of course we had to see this.  You just can’t pass it up.  Especially when you have a quote from the movie in the header of the blog you are writing.

I started looking at buying tickets.  I usually purchase them online when I know I am going to go see something in particular.  Most of the times were sold out at least 2 hours ahead of the show.  This is with 4 theaters running it at the same time at the Rave.  Finally got tickets for the 2:45 showing.  I like the early ones.

It was a great movie and the theater was packed as you would expect from a sold out show.  It was a bit long.  Well over two hours.

There were a few slow spots but if you liked the swashbuckling then you won’t be disappointed at all.  There is quite a bit more action in this one than the others.  The story was well laid out.  And by about half way through the movie you knew what was going to happen at the end.

Considering I hadn’t seen any of the trailers for the movie, I was surprised at  several turn of events.  One of which was Elizabeth Swan not only gaining a ship of her own to command but also becoming the Pirate King.

Like usual, I won’t go into much of the detail.  I do recommend going to this one.  It does deserve a Full Price Rating.  See it when you can.  You and your kids(if you happen to have rug rats) will probably enjoy it quite a bit.  I know I plan on getting the Dvd when it does come out.
