If you haven’t already heard it, the author of the “Wheel of Time” series of books has died.

Author Robert Jordan, whose “Wheel of Time” series of fantasy novels sold millions of copies, died Sunday of a rare blood disease. He was 58. - AP 

He was working on book 12 of the series just before his death.  The book was far from complete.

Those of you who are avid readers of this series may never get to see the conclusion.  He had hoped to have the series complete in the next two books.

His wife, and editor, may take up the gauntlet and actually finish the last two books but time will tell for those of us who enjoyed reading about Rand al’thor and couldn’t wait for the next book to arrive on the shelves.
